My recent weekend at Gutshotel Baron Knyphausen was an absolute delight! Nestled on a historic wine estate right by the serene River Rhine, the property exudes a peaceful atmosphere that complemented my stay beautifully. The upstairs studio, where I spent my nights, was tastefully renovated, thoughtful details in every corner, and boasted a lovely view of the vineyards that had me sipping my morning coffee with pure contentment. The wine tasting experience was an exquisite highlight, with a self-service dispenser allowing us to sample a variety of local wines-perfect for those of us who appreciate a fine drop. The restaurant served up an impressive breakfast spread, and I enjoyed indulging in a delightful dinner in the lush yard while sharing laughter with great company. The only downside was a slight hiccup at check-in, but we quickly found our groove with the friendly staff. I'm already plotting my return to this gem!
